1. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be non-refundable.
No-shows (failure to appear at the agreed pick-up time and location without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
2. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify booking details (date, time, pick-up or drop-off location) must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Any changes requested less than 24 hours before the service may not be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations by ROTA TOURS
In the rare event that ROTA TOURS must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle issues, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
4. Delays and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pick-up time.
Waiting time beyond the agreed allowance may result in additional charges or service cancellation without refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
